Dr Nishmita T.J. is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 5 years of experience, holding an MD in Psychiatry from Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli, where she ranked 5th at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. She also earned a DNB in Psychiatry and began her career as a Senior Resident in Psychiatry. Currently, she serves at Cadabams Neuro Psychiatry Hospital in Bangalore, specialising in conditions such as Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, and addiction-related disorders.

Dr Nishmita is actively involved in research and community psychiatry, having presented at national and international conferences, including the World Congress of Psychiatry in Lisbon.
