Cancellations made 48-72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be eligible for an 85% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellations made 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be eligible for a 75% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellations made 3-24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be eligible for a 25% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellations made within 0-3 hours of the scheduled appointment time will not be eligible for any refund.
Rescheduling Policy:

If you wish to reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours from the time of the appointment, a rescheduling fee of 15% of the total appointment charges will be applicable.

If you wish to reschedule your appointment less than 3 hours from the time of the appointment, a rescheduling fee of 35% of the total appointment charges will be applicable.
