A recipient of various accolades, he has played a crucial role in changing the perception of mental healthcare in the country over the past few decades. His effort and expertise have resulted in Cadabam's having six centres across two states, catering to a large number of people.

M. K. Saraswathi

With over 29 years of experience working at Cadabam's, Ms. M. K. Saraswathi has contributed immensely to the growth of the organization. She began her career as a clinical psychologist and has grown to be the Vice-Chairperson of Cadabam's Hospitals. She combines expertise and empathy to ensure the smooth running of the organization.

Sandesh R. Cadabam

Leading Cadabam's charge towards modern mental healthcare is the managing director of the organization, Sandesh R. Cadabam. Combining business expertise, innovation, and a genuine concern for the people around him, Sandesh is always on the lookout for new avenues in mental healthcare. He has completed his M.Sc in International Business & Management from the Manchester Business School, UK, allowing him to bring a global perspective to Indian mental healthcare.

Ananth Rag Yalamuri

Mr. Ananth Rag Yalamuri is a director at Cadabam's Hospitals. He is a graduate in the field of business and commerce with a degree in M.Com and BBM. He is credited with streamlining operations and work management at Cadabam's. He initiated Psychiatric Training and Block Placements for nursing students from various colleges and institutions spread across the country.

Dr. Sunil M. R.

Director – Facilitation

With dual training in medicine and healthcare management, Dr. Sunil essays the role of Director – Facilitation at Cadabam's Hospitals. He oversees the medical needs of the residents at Cadabam's, and pays close attention to their physical health, mental health, recovery progress, and nutrition.

Shreyas R. Cadabam

Shreyas R. Cadabam is a director at Cadabam's Hospitals. A Musculoskeletal Radiologist by profession, he is the youngest son of Cadabam Ramesh and Mrs. Sudha Cadabam. A leading radiologist in the city, he is also heading Cadabam's foray into diagnostics.

Dr. B. R. Madhukar

Director – Medical Services

Dr. Madhukar does not require an introduction. Over the previous 23 years, this seasoned campaigner in psychiatry and addictive behaviour has selected his fields of specialization: Adult Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Addiction Medicine. As a young psychiatric student, Dr. Madhukar observed people of all ages succumb to street and pharmaceutical drugs, ruining otherwise normal lives. Others began as social drinkers before succumbing to their addiction. He set out to treat them, armed with the belief system that would assist them. Since then, this has been his life's work.

Neha Cadabam

Director at Cadabam's CDC and Honorary Director of Behavioural Sciences at SVYASA School of Advanced Studies, spearheading initiatives that revolutionise mental healthcare, making it accessible, inclusive, and innovative. Cadabam's Hospitals' Executive Director, Neha Cadabam, is a Psychologist and a TEDx Speaker. Her area of interest is preventative and promotive mental healthcare, and she has over 15 years of expertise in the sector. She is very enthusiastic about what she does and is dedicated to assisting people in improving their mental health and promoting lifestyle changes and healthier habits in everyday life. She can communicate effectively in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Gujarati.

Rajashekhar Hiremath

Director – Operations

Mr. Rajashekhar Hiremath has over 15 years of experience in the field of psychology. He has pursued an MSc in Psychotherapy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling & Guidance. His past experiences involve teaching and clinical practice. Currently, he is actively involved in the clinical aspects of the treatment of residents. He supervises the clinical training of psychiatric nursing students and is also involved in the managerial activities of the organization.

Ms. Sufia Nusrat

Chief Clinical Executive

Ms. Sufia Nusrat is the Chief Clinical Executive and Clinical Psychologist at Cadabam's, Hyderabad. She is an M.Phil from the Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi, with a specialization in Clinical Psychology. She has a rich experience of 14 years in psycho-social rehabilitation. She works on the premise of creating a safe, nurturing and confiding environment for the clients, in order to attain the therapeutic goals more promptly. Her areas of specialization include psychiatric disorders like anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, substance abuse like alcohol & drugs, schizophrenia and bipolar disorders, and couple and marital therapy.

Kamlesh Verma

Director – Triage Services

With 29 years of experience in the field of psychology, he has held various roles such as Counsellor, Administrator, and Operations Manager. Presently, he serves as the Director of Triage Services at Cadabam's Hospitals, where he oversees and guides the team in providing comprehensive psychological support to our clients. He is well versed in psychological counselling, administration and operations management, treatment planning, client admission processes, and decision-making support.

Palyam Gurudath

Director – Facilities

Mr. Palyam Gurudath manages the utility services and facilities at Cadabam's and has seen and been part of all its milestones. A person with enviable expertise and experience in purchases and banking operations, he uses his expertise to manage facilities at our centres.

Shreyus Komarla

A qualified pharmacist by profession, Mr. Shreyus Komarla holds the post of Director of Administration at Cadabam's Hospitals. He especially focuses on the pharmaceutical needs of the residents at Cadabam's. From prescription to delivery, he ensures that the residents at Cadabam's remain hale and healthy all the time.

Dr. Divya Cadabam

Consultant – Radiology & Fetal Medicine

Dr. Divya Cadabam is a sought-after medical professional with deep expertise in radiodiagnosis. She holds a prestigious Fellowship in Fetal Medicine and Advanced Ultrasonography. A consultant specialist in Radiology and Fetal Medicine, she is specialized in Women's Imaging, Infertility Imaging, Fetal Diagnostic Imaging, and Fetal Interventions. She also has proven experience in Elastography, Perianal Sonography, and Whole Body Doppler.
