Neha Parashar is a licensed Clinical Psychologist (RCI) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Treatment Professional (Level II), with over 10 years of experience in psychotherapy. She holds an MPhil in Clinical Psychology, an MA in Psychology, and a BA (Hons) in Psychology. Specialising in complex trauma, Neha works through a trauma-focused lens, integrating somatic and bodywork approaches to healing. Her expertise spans a wide range of psychological concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, and personality disorders (Cluster B and C).
She also provides expert support in cases of narcissistic abuse, co-morbid neurodiversity, and psychosomatic issues, particularly dissociation from developmental and situational trauma. As a Queer-affirmative therapist, Neha offers a safe and inclusive space for all. Additionally, she is a trained supervisor, supporting clinical and counselling professionals in their practice. Her compassionate, client-centred approach ensures tailored, effective therapy for each individual.
